Allure plugin doesnt generate allure-results directory - java

I have a project with cucumber7 and junit5 tests. There is an allure plugin in my pom.xml for generating reports. I read some guides and the official page how to set up plugin, but i still have a problem - allure doesnt generate allure-results dir and it throws the error.
The error is :
[ERROR] Directory C:\Users\Username\IdeaProjects\my.testing.project\target\allure-results not found.
I added property for maven-surefire-plugin, but it doesnt work.

Maven parallel testing runs every tag not filter

First, I tried the following commands.
mvn clean test -Dtags="#Account and #OCR"
mvn test -D"cucumber.filter.tags=#Account and #OCR"
mvn test -D"cucumber.filter.tags=#Account,#OCR"
Everytime all tags are running. But I want to run filter my tags and multiple. By the way i tried also configuration my surefire plugin so i added paralel methods and threadcount tags but didin't work.

I haven't heard cucumber started to support 'and' for tags, only 'or'. So try please:
#Account or #OCR
OR, you may set in your Runner:
#CucumberOptions(
...
tags = tag1, tag2
...
)

Unable to start embedded container with SQL Server

I finally solved this by removing the line :
spring.datasource.name=dbname
and putting the databaseName in the url link :
spring.datasource.url=jdbc:sqlserver://x.x.x.x:y;databaseName=DBNAME;authenticationScheme=nativeAuthentication

We believe that this issue is triggered because one of the dependencies points to some java 9 library. So i need help about which of the dependencies must be downgraded , or anything else, in order to deploy the system to java 8.

I solved it.
The Jaxb jar has a class that is compiled in java 9.
It must be downgraded to 2.2.12 in order to deploy in java 8.
You can downgrade it by adding this to the pom.xml

Maven Project(Cucumber+TestNG+Selenium-Java] Test Can't Run test on command line with mvn clean install

I am trying to run my(Cucumber+TestNG+Selenium-Java) project which runs successfully on eclipse with Ccucumber test Runner class but when i run it from mvn command line, The build is successful with command

When I build from the parent-dir and issue a command-line like:
mvn install
I get an error that the jar file cannot be found. What am I doing wrong?

It looks like it's trying to download my locally built jar file from an external repository, and I can't figure out how to fix that?

First of all you seem to have different artifactId, than module names. Although not a problem, it makes things a little bit harder to look at :)
When you issue a mvn install it will attempt to resolve the the pom files first to generate some effective POM files for the project, and that means that before it builds any of your modules, the parent pom needs to be resolved.
In the parent you depend on the iamcore module, but you haven't built it yet, and that's the reason why it fails.
Remove the dependency from the parent, and just put it into iamwebservice
