Running spring boot from console doesn't include swagger - java

I have a problem with spring boot application with swagger.
My application.properties includes a line springdoc.swagger-ui.path=/swagger and when I run through Intellij or mvn spring-boot:run then all is fine and I can access swagger at localhost:8080/swagger
However after I build jar file and I run it with java -jar target/testproject-1.0-SNAPSHOT-jar-with-dependencies.jar there is an error when I try to access swagger. My resource endpoints are accessible.
This is my pom file:

Do you know how to build a jar file or launch it properly so that swagger is accessible?
Ideally I want to run it in docker container so I have an instruction: CMD ["java", "-jar", "/testrepository/app.jar"] in my Dockerfile

Maven build jar with local dependencies

I want to build a jar including all dependencies with the maven-assembly-plugin.
I implemented some dependencies from the maven repository which works fine BUT I also implemented local dependencies and when running the jar I get NoClassDefFoundError.
I think that maven does not include the local dependencies to the jar.
I have a lot of local dependencies which I need to use and it would be a lot of work to install all of them manually. It would be the easiest way if it would be possible to inculde them like a path.

Compilation failure error given when doing Maven Install in IntelliJ with JavaFX and Selenium [duplicate]

This question already has an answer here:
Can't compile my javafx and selenium project due to google autoservice processor ("Unable to get public no-arg constructor")
(1 answer)
Closed last year.
My code is able to be run and works perfectly, but when I try to make a fat jar with Maven Install, it gives the error:
Compilation failure
Bad service configuration file, or exception thrown while constructing Processor object: javax.annotation.processing.Processor: com.google.auto.service.processor.AutoServiceProcessor Unable to get public no-arg constructor
I'm not sure what's causing it, maybe Selenium? I was able to get mvn install to work when I had the default JavaFX project, but once I ported in my code for Data Storage, Selenium, and my custom GUI it stopped working.
Heres my project structure:

I have 2 mains, Main_1 does not extend Application and is being used to run Main

Create a .jar from a JavaFX file Maven with all java dependencies

I am trying to compile a Jave project using maven into a single executable .jar but am recieveing one of two errors:
no main manifest attribute, in csci6461-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

I need the file to be able to be ran directly by the user, what is the best way to approach this?

Need help for a java runtime error - UnsatisfiedLinkError

I'm a newbie to Java, Maven and pretty much every Java library that I'm using. I've spent the last 4 hours trying to figure out this runtime error:
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: org.lwjgl.opengl.WindowsDisplay.setWindowProc(Ljava/lang/reflect/Method;)V
at org.lwjgl.opengl.WindowsDisplay.setWindowProc(Native Method)
at org.lwjgl.opengl.WindowsDisplay.<clinit>(WindowsDisplay.java:219)

at game.Game.init(Game.java:148)
at defaultPackage.CraftMania.main(CraftMania.java:52)
I don't think the code of Craftmania.main and Game.init is any useful, although feel free to ask for it and I will post it.

I cannot figure out a fix to this. Could it be a mismatch between the .dll file (which was alredy in the project) and my version of lwjgl?
Just in case, here's what my workspace looks like. The src directory is src/main/java/hereAreMyPackages
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Maven build not exporting dependent library's for packaging type jar

I need to create a runnable jar file that will be operated in Batch mode.

So,I prefer to go with maven:

I am running the maven build from eclipse as clean package.
Build completes successfully.But in the generated jar all the dependent jar
is not present [spring/hibernate/poi] etc.
We need to run this jar as java -jar jarname from command prompt/console.
Consider using Maven Shade Plugin.
This plugin provides the capability to package the artifact in an uber-jar, including its dependencies
Spring framework can do similar thing for you. Generate sample project and check its pom file.
maven-jar-plugin provides the capability to build jars without dependencies.
To create jar with all it's dependencies you can use maven-assembly-plugin or maven-shade-plugin. Below is maven-assembly-plugin configuration in pom.xml:
<plugin>
<groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-assembly-plugin</artifactId>
<executions>
<execution>
<phase>package</phase>
<goals>
<goal>single</goal>
</goals>
<configuration>
<archive>
<manifest>
<mainClass>
fully.qualified.classpath.Main
</mainClass>
</manifest>
</archive>
<descriptorRefs>
<descriptorRef>jar-with-dependencies</descriptorRef>
</descriptorRefs>
</configuration>
</execution>
</executions>
</plugin>
More information: executable-jar-with-maven
Try this out inside your pom.xml file:
<build>
<plugins>
<plugin>
<groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-dependency-plugin</artifactId>
<version>2.8</version>
<executions>
<execution>

</goals>
<configuration>
<outputDirectory>${project.build.directory}/classes/lib</outputDirectory>
<includeScope>runtime</includeScope>
</configuration>
</execution>
</executions>
</plugin>
</plugins>
